Bali, Indonesia, is an island of traditions and rituals. I, Jeannette van Raaij, artist from Amsterdam, Holland, have, communicated with the traditions of Bali by wearing my selfmade costumes. The costumes formed a bridge between the traditional behaviour and myself.
